Are the results instant?
Do I use Plump Fix before or after other skincare products?
Plump Fix is both skincare and primer in one. Use it first on clean skin or as the base layer of your makeup routine.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
100%. We’re proudly vegan, cruelty-free and clean.
Are your products safe to use when pregnant?
All our products are made with natural ingredients but if you’re unsure, check with your healthcare professional before using them.
Can I use your lip products if I have lip filler?
Yes! Whether your lips are natural or enhanced, our products are designed to work for you.

Can you help with a product I bought at a third-party retailer?
We can only help with orders placed directly through the PROJECT website or our TikTok shop.
How do I know the products will actually work?
We don’t do fake promises. Every PROJECT product goes through clinical trials and real customer testing before launch. We tweak, test and perfect until it delivers. Check out our reviews page to see real results from our customers.
When will sold out products be restocked?
Sign up for our mailing list and be the first to know about restocks, new product drops and exclusive offers.
Do your products have an expiry date?
Yes. Check the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging. This tells you how long the product stays fresh after opening.
What’s your Return Policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of you receiving it, as long as they’re in their original packaging. Email hello@project-cosmetics.com to start your return. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days if it meets our return conditions.
Can I return a product if I’ve used it and don’t like it?
We can’t accept returns on used or opened products. By placing an order, you agree to our return policy.
Can I return an unopened product?
If it’s unused, unopened and still in its original packaging, you can return a product within 14 days for a refund. Returns are at your own risk and cost so we strongly recommend using a tracked service. PROJECT can’t take responsibility for lost returns. To get started, email hello@project-cosmetics.com with your name and order number.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs will need to be covered by you and we can’t reimburse shipping fees. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number in case your parcel goes missing in transit as we can’t take any responsibility for lost returns.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, WorldPay and American Express. Want to spread the cost? You can also pay with Klarna, ClearPay and AfterPay.
Do you offer student or Blue Light discount?
Not right now but if you’ve not shopped with us before, sign up for our mailing list and you’ll get 15% off your first order.
Can I shop in a different currency?
Yes! Select your preferred currency from the drop-down menu on our homepage. We currently operate in GBP, EUR, USD, AUD and JPY.
What do I do if my payment is declined?
Check that your billing details (security code, postcode and card expiry date) match what you’ve entered. If everything looks right, your bank may have declined the payment and unfortunately they don’t tell us why. We recommend checking with your bank before trying again. If you’re still having issues, email us at hello@project-cosmetics.com and we’ll do what we can to help.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
We don't currently offer gift vouchers.
When can I expect to receive my order?
You’ll get an order confirmation email shortly after making a purchase. Check your Junk/Spam folders if you don’t see it. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. UK orders are processed within 48 hours and delivered in 3 working days. International orders take 5-15 days from dispatch. Bank Holidays may cause slight delays.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £3.00 for 48-hour delivery and all UK orders over £40 qualify for free shipping. For all European orders, Fully Tracked First Class is £7.95 and for US orders it’s £9.95. Shipping costs for all other countries are calculated at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we might be able to cancel it. Email us at hello@project-cosmetics.com with your name, order date and order number ASAP. If your order has already shipped we’ll help you arrange a return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders leave the UK via Royal Mail and transfer to a local courier once they reach your country.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Not at the moment.
My order arrived but there’s a problem with it. What should I do?
Email hello@project-cosmetics.com with your order details and the issue and we’ll help you sort it.
What courier do you use?
For UK website orders we use Royal Mail and UK TikTok orders we use DPD. For international orders, the courier varies by country.
I missed my delivery! What should I do?
You should get an email or a ‘We Missed You’ card to rearrange delivery. If your parcel is returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
My parcel is showing as delivered but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
Check with your neighbours or your safe place first. If it’s still missing, contact Royal Mail with your tracking details. If you need further help, email us at hello@project-cosmetics.com.
When will I receive my Pre-Order product?
Pre-Orders ship on the date listed on the product page but this may change due to factors outside our control. If your order includes both in-stock and Pre-Order items, we’ll ship everything together once all items are available as we don’t split shipments.
